Ujinotsuyu Matcha Green Tea Powder In A Small Tin (1.41 Oz)

This is the very first time I've tried matcha green tea powder.I thought the flavor was mild and not too off-putting (I used it in baking). Also, the can is small indeed (roughly 1/4 cup of green tea powder) but that was a perfect amount I needed - and the price was good, too.

This is a great tea, but use it quickly because powdered green tea oxidizes quickly and thus losing the soft delicate flavor. It is recommended to use within a month to prevent the. Tea from going stale.

This tea is really quite a low-grade matcha. It's fine for cooking, but for drinking it's really not great. Also, it's priced quite high even at the sale price.
