Bought to POE raspberry pi 3
I use a lot of raspberry pi's around my home (octoprint, home assistant, pi hole, network storage, on and on) and I always hard wire to the ethernet port for internet connection. the problem I always have is finding another wall plug close by to plug them in where I want them. I decided to try these and see if they could knock out both of my requirements with one ethernet cable run to each pi. I didn't have high hopes based on some reviews and the knowledge that a pi 3 plug delivers 3 amps while these only promise to deliver 2.4 amps. Before you buy these there are a few things you need to understand.1. You need an ethernet switch that has POE support.2. If you have a switch that supports POE you need to make sure it can supply the power you need to consume. Not all POE switches are created equally!!3. If you have a switch that supports POE not all of the ethernet ports may support POE, make sure you use a port that has POE support.4. Because of the power limitations of POE and these splitters they may not supply enough power to your pi if it runs very heavy loads.I think some of the reviews that say these don't work may be people who didn't have the correct equipment.I received the splitters plugged them in and they worked!! I ordered more and they worked. I have not had one that did not work and now I don't need a power plug and ethernet cable run for each pi. One ethernet cable handles both needs and I couldn't be happier.

Small size and convenient
I use this for a small portable usb powered AP when working on different switches at work. We don’t have WiFi everywhere and it’s convenient to just plug in a single cable to get temporary local WiFi access for my iPad to get online and access network resources or login to the switch for configuration changes, etc.

Works alright, gigabit speeds, weak voltage (Works with Raspberry Pi)
This adapter is great for Raspberry Pi's. I'm getting over 900 Mb/s with my Pi 4B, it's been on for a week straight now with no stability issues, however one of the adapter's measures around 4.88v under a 1.5A load which as not as low as the other review and is not below the USB specification I can find (4.75v-5.25v), but is still not ideal.

Works as described
Wanted to power some Raspberry Pi's as well as some other devices. Works as described. Knocked off one star as it would be nice to be able to have interchangeable power adapters on output...

Gigabit speeds can be touchy.
Over long periods of time, at gigabit, I have had these loose connectivity to a PI. Power still works, but the eth side sometimes has issues.

Great little device
Work great For what I needed them for. I had a security camera that was hard wired cat5 Poe, replaced with a wyze cam. Those are WiFi but need power via micro USB. Was able to use this to power the camera from my Poe. Would be nice if it came in white, had my son paint it

Works as expected
I got these to reduce the clutter of wires, and they do exactly what I need. With a POE router I cut way down on the items plugged in to the wall, and then I only need an Ethernet cable going to the Raspberry Pi computers.

Used with Raspberry Pi 3 and Touchscreen
Product does exactly what it states. I used this to get power to a Raspberry Pi 3 with the 7" touchscreen. The Pi has an option for a PoE hat, but this works just as well and you get an extra for less money.

Didn't work for long
I used the splitter for a Raspberry Pi 3B+.Sadly after around 6 weeks the first one failed. While power is being delivered, the Ethernet pass-through is dead.

it works, great value.
These work. Have one of these powering a Raspberry Pi 2 with no issues, the other one will power my Raspberry Pi 3B.It's a great way of getting power and LAN to a device that's not PoE.

Don't work at all.
It can fine give power to a device. But the network connection is really, really bad. Most of the time, it can't even get over 0.01mbps, and on the box i says 1000mbps.I tested on a PC and Pi4, but the network just don't work at all.I'm sending those back and getting my money back.
