I haven't been able to wear my CPAP mask on a consistent basis for a couple of reasons. First, it took me forever to get past the claustrophobic feeling some of us get. But, once I did, I still had a problem with my sinuses getting stopped up in the evenings. I tried a number of things, including eating chips and salsa before getting ready for bed, bad idea. After reading other reviews I decided to give this a try and I'm glad I did. I didn't bother buying any special holder, I just put a few drops on a cotton ball on top of the cap of a medicine bottle and placed it under the air intake of my CPAP machine and put the mask on, it took a couple of minutes to take full effect, but it did work and I made it through the night. One thing I have started doing to speed up the process is to put a drop or two on my finger and then apply it to my mustache. Then I would do what're needed in getting ready for bed. By the time I was ready to put my mask on, I was ready for a night's sleep. Problem solved.

This blend is fantastic. My youngest recently came down with a cold. It has been the mildest one she has ever had. Coughing during sleep has been almost nil. Now although there are many natural remedies we use to provide immune support during times of illness, the Ovvio Inhale is our newest addition. But diffusing this blend all night during this tough allergy season has kept us breathing clear. The scent is terrific, and it clears the sinuses quickly. My daughter is a mild asthmatic and I believe this has helped keep things clear! I won't be without this!UPDATE:My mother has begun treatment for metastatic breast cancer. She has struggled with significant post nasal drip for some time prior, but the chemotherapy has aggravated things to the point where she has coughing jags that can last an hour and at times end with vomiting. By chance I had this in my purse. I put several drops on a tissue and tucked it just inside her shirt under her nose. Within SECONDS it relieved the dripping, and kept her virtually "cough-free" for 6 hours when I left. She now takes this to chemotherapy and sniffs it as soon as she starts to cough and it settles things right away. She now keeps it by her side day and night. It has increased her comfort dramatically and we couldn't be more grateful. We would give this more stars if we could!

Wife and I had a couple rough seasons. Even though we received the Flu shot, we seemed to get sicker more last fall and this winter. One of the side effects for wife and myself is congestion in the lungs. We are both asthmatics. I'd been studying different remedies for a while and fell upon this oil. My intuition was that this would be good for our asthma.My intuition was correct. We started an infusion treatment-- from a nice infuser from here on Amazon-- and filled the water with ten drops of Ovivio blend. Within an hour wife was breathing better. There is something about this particular combination that provides quick relief. We both use albuterol inhaler and this has help us to cut down on number of inhalations. We tried other oils, but I'm convinced this blend is best for our congestion and asthma needs. If you have trouble breathing because of asthma or congestion, this is an excellent solution.We received our second set of bottles and use them around the clock. When we're in the bedroom, we use at night. When in the living room we also use out there. I truly believe this product made a difference. I should also mention that the product has a very pleasant and reassuring scent. When I smell that pleasant aroma I know relief is on the way.I have purchased Ovivio on my own and have not been compensated for my review. So far, so good. I have only been using it a few days, but it seems to be helping with a cough that had developed, as well as with sinus drainage. I'm able to breath better while holding it to my nose and breathing in deeply. I would recommend this product to anyone with allergies and sinus problems.UPDATED 12/29/2014:I have weak bronchial and lungs, having had bronchitis and pneumonia several times earlier in my life, so when I get sick my family worries. I just recently caught the flu (3 days ago)which is accompanied by a cough. It has gone throughout the family. But it did not hit me hard like it did the others. THE REASON: I had "Inhale" on hand, as well as Alli-C and colloidal silver. I also received Garden of Life Raw Zinc, next day delivery from Amazon. Taking my supplements of choice, and breathing in from the bottle of "Inhale" every time I coughed I sailed through the flu. "Inhale", which relaxed my bronchials, stopped my coughing immediately. Today, my third day, my cough is gone and I am feeling fine. My family are in awe. It is my opinion by having "Inhale" on hand made the difference. The cough made my head hurt, which stopped when inhaling "Inhale". I am completely sold on this product.

I have had sinus issues for 2 years and every morning wake up all plugged up. I was tired of taking antihistamine so thought I would give this a try after reading the reviews. I put a few drops on a little towel and place the towel over my pillow at night and it really does make a difference.I wake up being able to breathe freely through my nose. The thing is you have to use it every night because one night I didn't and of course woke up all stuffy and sneezing. So bottom line - it's works and I'll be gettng a diffuser to place by my bed for long term use of this product.

Overall, I would have to say that this particular essential oil mix is a pretty good deal considering that you are getting 15 ml's of this product. The quality of this inhale respiratory blend seems to be quite good and works well with my diffuser humidifier. If you suffer with sinus and respiratory problems, you owe it to yourself to give this product a try. It might be noted that there are other brands of these essential oils that work quite good as well, in comparison to this product. None-the-less, I am giving this product a solid 5 star rating :)

The first time we used this oil in our new burner, I realised it was clearing my head, I suffer sinus problems and infections, and having been put on a mild blood pressure tablet, I cannot take sinus relief tablets, nightmare.This oil sneaked up on me, it was getting late, my nose was clearing (running) the pressure head was lifting, this on first using. Downside, I found pricey for my pocket, and accidentally clicked for two bottles, BUT, it's working and will last a very long time, so the relief far out weighs the cost, my husband has a chest condition, and actually didn't cough whilst this oil was burning.So I will continue using, and am very pleased.

Fast delivery, lovely smell. The reasons I have only given it 3 out of 5 is that it was pretty expensive and I bought it because I cough a lot and was hoping it would open up my airways and relieve the cough. Unfortunately it seems to trigger my cough when I use it in a diffuser.

Quick delivery,very expensive for size of bottle.Tried in living room with a small diffuser and had to sit quite near to notice smell,but would probably be ok in a smaller room.
