Benriner Super Benriner Replacement Blade (Flat Blade)

had used it for years, best on the market. Once I let go of my $$ French mandolin which wasn't nearly as sharp but looked very professional until it started to rust ... This one lives in a drawer together with it's smaller green cousin - looks isn't everything. New blade, new life. Don't even bother trying to sharpen.

I ordered the wrong size the first time; this is for the smaller Benriner mandoline slicer. I had the first one re-sharpened, so I always have a sharp one on hand!

Super sharp and awesome that you can get replacements.

After 20 (?!?) years my old mandolin was showing its age. Actually that’s not true. Mandolin itself was good but the blade was dangerously dull. A quick update with this blade and I’m slicing fresh potato chips like a Ninja. I won’t wait 20 years for the next one....

Super sharp, great price and fit my mandolin perfectly. Shipping took forever though. Ordered a second one to ensure I don't find myself with a dull blade down the road and same experience, great blade shipping took longer then estimated by a week.
