Baby Chef Flawless Formula Maker (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

When I saw this product on amazon.com ,I knew it would make my life easier and waste less time using up extra baby bottles to mix the formula. I love the fact that I don't have to precisely scoop the formula into a small opening not to spill the powder. This warms up the milk in seconds! It mixes the formla well if it is tossed in loosely. If a scoop is clumped up together, there was one or two small lumps of the formula. I would have liked to have seen a temperature range on the product or a mini temperature hand held device as shown on the video provided in the description of amazon.com. The machine overheats the formula just a little over 98 degrees. I have to toss it in the freezer in order to cool it down a bit so that my baby gets his bib right away. I have to test it again to see that it is just the right temperature for my baby to safely drink the formula. The magnetic non-blade is not the same shown on the video as the one that I received (I received a flower like purple spinner and the video shows a two-fin-like magnetic spinner). However, this has been working great for me since day one. Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

It is beyond easy to use ... You put the water in , you put the powder in , you hit 1 button and bam it's done. The formula is the perfect temperature EVERY time. It automatically knows how long to mix it to make it the perfect temp. I put my refrigerated expressed breast milk in ..hit the 1 button and bam ... Perfect temperature ..ready to serve .And I love that it is super easy to clean .. There are 2 parts to clean ..the bowl and part that mixes the formula.. It takes no time at all. I am ordering 3 more for people I know I love it so much and it is such a great price.

We wanted to switch from ready-made soy similac to an organic soy powder formula (Nature's Only) when my baby was 6 months and I was dreading using powder, especially because the soy powder formula is really hard to mix and shaking the bottle doesn't work well enough to dissolve it. In addition, shaking gets so much air into the formula and gives the baby gas.So... I looked on amazon and purchased the dr. brown's mixing pitcher, which is pretty good, but very manual, and doesn't mix this formula that wonderfully... and my husband said there has to be a better way. Then, I found the Baby Chef formula maker and it is AWESOME! It is so easy to use, and I practiced once with my mom to get it right. I keep the powder in pre-measured containers (munchkin) so that when I have to make the bottle I just add the water, put in the powder and turn it on. It is done so quickly and 9/10 times it is the perfect temp. It ends up being quicker than pouring the ready-made into a bottle and heating it in the warmer. The bottle warmer takes several minutes and even then the temp is so unpredictable, and usually too hot so it needs to be cooled off.We use the Baby Chef machine all day now.The only drawback is that you have to prepare the formula for immediate use because the machine heats it up. So for nightime, before bed, we make a couple of bottles in advance (if the baby wakes up and for first thing in the morning), by using the prince lionheart hand mixer and mixing it in the dr. brown's pitcher. That works great.This machine is completely worth the affordable price and is so convenient. You do need to wash 3 parts after each formula preparation but it is super easy.I am obsessed with baby products that make our lives as first-time parents easier and this is definitely one of my top baby purchases.

this is a apparatus that looks like a blender but what it has inside is a magnetic plastic that rotates. This will mix the formula and water with a minimums formation of foam, good for baby tummy. At the same time it will warm the milk until 104 F. It is quick and easy.Be aware of:-the measure cup it is not accurate, so you need to use a bottle. but usually make the same quantity for baby so you will get use to it.-it make sounds a little bit loud-the minimum amount to mix is 4onz.I use this everyday. I initially got this because baby did not want to drink formula, after I start mix it with Baby chef, she did. I love the temperature. Now she knows, she waits happily wile the matching is mixing.
