I had been hunting for a good quality digestive enzyme product when this one from Green Root Wellness came along. I have been taking only one capsule a day (recommended one to three per day - chose one a day to see how my body responded to it first) and I have noticed a big difference in how I feel after eating foods that used to bother me. Good product

Been taking it for 3 days now, and not only it didn't alleviate bloating, I'm dealing with abdominal pain and cramps.

The Green Root Wellness Digestive Enzyme Supplement has worked very well for me. Just to provide a brief description of my medical issues - I have serious digestive problems; and must practice a severely restrictive diet. My diet must be free of gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, lactose, cruciferous vegetables, alcohol, and caffeine. Unfortunately, even under the best of circumstances, my diet alone doesn't provide relief from bloating, constipation, and debilitating gas (with nausea and pain). Normally, I have to supplement my digestive needs with several OTC medications - Gas-X, peppermint oil, Digestive Advantage IBS, Digestive Advantage Gas Relief, GlutenEase, plus, a plethora of Probiotics. Now, I take Digestive Enzymes two or three times a day; and this one product has replaced almost all of the others. What a great find! What a great relief! What a great product!

Gallbladder was removed (stones, adhesions), then had bad gastroparesis (stomach contents emptied so slowly it was giving me major grief). Then a pancreatic attack. I'd been taking expensive erythromycin for the stomach problem, but still wasn't digesting properly. Figured I'd try something for the pancreas pain and chose these. What a wonderful surprise! The astounding bloating was reduced by a third, pancreatic pain reduced by half, and the biggest surprise was that it worked even better than erythromycin for encourging faster digestion of food in my stomach. No more erythromycin or antinausea pills. Still want the pancreas checked out, but I almost feel human again. This is a Godsend!

I like NOW super enzymes better. They worked better at digesting my food.

I ordered this for my husband and he started taking it right away. He has always had trouble with his digestion so we were pleased when a lot of his discomfort was less right away. He takes One capsule with each meal unless he is eating food that is harder for him to digest then he takes 2 with his meal. So glad we found this.

After taking it, I had abdominal pain and cramping.
