Very disappointed with this pan. I have had it 4 months and it has bubbled up and the nonstick coating is coming off. Not even safe to use any more. I haven't put them in the dishwasher, and I always let them cool before putting water on them. This pan just isn't meant to hold up.

Exudes a terrible chemical smell when heated, even after repeated washings. Scary.....

I bought this pan about a week ago. It works great with no food sticking but it does give off this weird smell. I have washed it soaked it and it seems the smell is going away slowly. I have no clue what is is but hope it is not something harmful. I have bought it to get away from Teflon pans.

After giving this product as a gift, the recipient read the instructions before using it. There are too many do nots when using this. This is not the same product as the GraniteRock which do not require oil or the use of plastic utensils. It is going back.

I have tried at least 5 different pans, most of them purchased through Amazon. This is the best. The Gotham pan, the one you are supposed to be able to use utensils on which isn't true at all - I had a million scratches and ended up throwing it out. Another one I bought was a Cuisinart pan and had problems with the alleged non-stick surface, bought another one, made in Italy but along with scratches and a problem with the non-stick surface after a little use, I ended up struggling to clean around the bolts inside the pan. This pan, although I won't use utensils on it so, therefore, no scratches, is GREAT! The non-stick surface is really non-stick after many uses, no bolts to have to clean around. It's lightweight and I use it for everything!

The provided photo shows the comparison of our Granite Frying Pan after three months usage and a Copper Chef frying pan after two years. The Copper Chef after three months looked similar to its look today. The Granite has maintained its new look.Note: the photo has shadows on both pans.

I use this granite frying pan to fry chicken wings and pork chops. It is wonderful. My wife use it to do pan cakes too. She likes it, because it is non stick and less oil to cook. So far it is a good pan.

Heats evenly, good heavy bottom, really non stick and cleans evenly. Just did a perfect New York Strip Steak.

Have been looking for a new nonstick utility pan. Easy use and cleanup. The only issue is wish it had come with a lid.

I have cooked 13 meals from casserole to frying a steak couldn't be happier with the performance of this skillet

I bought a new pan from Amazon. What came was heavily used frying pan with so many deep scratches that I realized that the advertising about scratch resistance was all fake .Besides being upset about getting trash instead of a brand new product I was very disappointed about product performance. I will return this one and will search for another really scratch resistant product

We have had these for a few weeks now and they have been the nicest pans we’ve ever had. They are thick and take a little longer to heat, but they cook evenly and are a breeze to clean. A little pricey, but worth the money so far.

This is a great pan and so far, nothing sticks to it like our other pan. We really like it and recommend it!

Bought this for my mom and she loves it. She already had the sauce pan and loves it as well. Great pan, not heavy, cooks evenly, non-stick.

This is a great pan, but my wife does not like the color. It looks pink. Nothing sticks so for functionally it gets high marks, but for appearance, it is lacking.
